You must provide accurate information where an account is required and must keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by Mendreo’s own failure to apply appropriate security measures.

You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected components except where permitted by law, or use the service for unlawful, abusive or harmful purposes.

Certain App functions use artificial intelligence. AI-generated outputs may contain mistakes, omissions or unsuitable suggestions. You should not rely on AI-generated content as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations or emergency support.

Mendreo may update, adjust or replace AI models, prompts, safety controls and related functionality as the service develops.

If you require medical or psychological advice, assessment or treatment, you should contact an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. If you believe that you or another person is in immediate danger or at risk of serious harm, contact the appropriate emergency services or seek urgent professional assistance.

We may modify, update, suspend or discontinue parts of the website or App where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal, regulatory, product-development or operational reasons.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that the service will operate without interruption or error.

Unless otherwise stated, the website, App, software, text, graphics, designs, logos and related content are owned by or licensed to Mendreo and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the service only for your personal, lawful use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit protected content except where expressly permitted by Mendreo or by law.

Where the App allows you to submit text or other content, you retain ownership of your content. You grant Mendreo the rights reasonably necessary to process that content for operating, securing and providing the service in accordance with these Terms and the applicable Privacy Notice.

You should not submit unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of others.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable Mendreo Privacy Notice. Use of cookies and similar technologies on the website is described in the Cookie Policy.

The App or website may rely on or link to third-party services. Mendreo is not responsible for third-party services outside its control, although we use appropriate contractual and data-protection arrangements where third parties process data on our behalf.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Subject to applicable law, Mendreo is not responsible for losses caused by using general informational or AI-generated content as a substitute for appropriate professional advice, or for events outside Mendreo’s reasonable control.

You may stop using the service at any time. Mendreo may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of misuse, security concerns, legal or regulatory requirements, non-payment where applicable, or material breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms periodically. Where changes are material, we will provide appropriate notice where required by law. The current version will be made available through the website or App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rights that apply in the country where you live.
