  • For individuals seeking deeper, guided intervention.

    Mendreo offers structured support pathways informed by evidence-based therapeutic models. This service focuses on identifying core anxiety drivers, emotional avoidance patterns, and behavioural cycles that maintain distress.

    Includes:

    Guided sessions (digital or clinician-supported, depending on tier)

    • Personalised intervention plans

  • Mendreo’s therapists receive additional training in our evidence-based methods, based on cutting edge, best-in-class CBT methodologies like Unified Protocol.

    Every patient receives a custom programme based on our four principles:

    1. Understanding: Learn to understand, critique and even appreciate your emotions.

    2. Skills: Learn the four core skills of real-time emotional management.

    3. Action: Challenge yourself in the real world, and with in-session exposure therapy.

    4. Aftercare: Conclude your therapy with a relapse prevention and optional support plan.

  • At your first appointment, your Mendreo therapist will listen to you, ask you some key questions, and provide you with the tools you need to get started. 

    At your second appointment, your therapist will present you will a 10-16 week plan that you will work on together. Some patients will require more time, some less – this is a collaborative process that puts you in control.

    Each session will cover a new skill or theme, and your therapist will provide you the materials you need – on paper or on our app – to get the most out your therapy experience.
